Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a service agreement with Artocreative, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@artocreative.cv.

Refund Policy

Before Project Start

If you cancel your service agreement before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any administrative fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Full Refund Available

During Development

If you cancel your service agreement after work has begun but before project completion, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred. You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Partial Refund

After Completion

Once a website development project has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we will work with you to address any issues or concerns you may have with the delivered work.

Limited Refund

Revision Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our website development services. All service packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees.

Hosting services already activated

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
